Transmission and Utilities strategy development related to Kansas and MissouriExecute the development, refinement, and implementation of the annual business plan for strategic clients, programs, projects, and conferencesProvide leadership in obtaining and developing applicable key clients each year in connection with our strategy and annual planned targetsDevelop high-value client relationships, while representing Freese and Nichols with key clients and teaming partnersServe as Client Representative for current and/or growth clientsEngage and cultivate client service teams to support understanding and delivering on client needs and expectations Create client engagement strategies and pursuit plans, actively leading in key opportunity proposal strategy, positioning, teaming, messaging, and interview developmentServe as senior technical resource for key clients and engineersSupport development of staff members, especially as it relates to exceptional client service delivery, strategic planning, and effective communicationEnsure quality client services, clarity on work products, and delivery of high-quality services within budget and schedule constraintsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldProfessional Engineer Registration in Kansas and Missouri 15+ years of experience in W/WW transmission and utilities engineering, including design of water pump stations, wastewater lift stations, pipelines (large and small diameter), and storage tanks.Proven project management skills in managing complex, multi-discipline treatment plant and utility projectsKnowledge of KDHE and MDNR processes and requirements Must possess verifiable experience of client development/sales, specifically being a leader of developing client relationships with a larger engineering consultant team/firm (regional and company-wide)About Freese and NicholsAt the heart of our culture is our LEADS values (Learn continuously, Engage as family, Act with integrity, Deliver quality, and Serve always).
