Job Description
This is a high-volume and repetitive role to assist the company during tax season. This position is a part of the master data team and is responsible for troubleshooting and assisting employees with their tax forms and accessing the company's website to retrieve these forms. The role involves working through a ServiceNow queue system and handling inbound phone calls and chats from employees, primarily to help them troubleshoot website access issues or update their information.
Responsibilities
+ Assist employees with troubleshooting and accessing tax forms on the company website.
+ Handle inbound phone calls and chats from employees via ServiceNow.
+ Update employee information such as addresses and system access.
+ Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately.
Essential Skills
+ Strong customer service skills.
+ Proficient data entry skills.
+ Professional office experience.
+ Basic MS Excel skills (copy/paste, navigate through cells).
+ Attention to detail.
+ Ability to meet deadlines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 1+ years of professional office experience (open to new graduates with no experience).
+ Comfortable with a repetitive role.
Work Environment
Training will be provided for 2 weeks, including the use of SAP and ServiceNow. The position offers flexible hours between 7am-6pm, with an 8-hour shift and a 30-minute or 1-hour lunch break. The preferred schedule is 8-5. There may be some hybrid flexibility after 90 days, but the contract is not expected to extend much beyond that. The W2 team consists of 7 members. The role is based at a brand new campus, which features a cafeteria, gym, Starbucks, game room, and courts for basketball and pickleball.
