W2W Inventory Supervisor
**Purpose and Scope:** Job Description The 100% Wall-to-Wall Inventory Supervisor oversees the Inventory of Government-owned mission stock. **Essential Responsibilities:** 1) Directs employees engaged in conducting DSS inventories, researching inventory discrepancies, and documenting gains and losses through causative research, performing denial research, item data maintenance, and locations surveys/validations. 2) Responsible for ensuring the inventory integrity of the Government-owned mission stock meets the Acceptable Performance Levels (APLs) outlined in the contract. 3) Plans the use of subordinate workers, equipment, facilities, and materials based on projected workload on a weekly or monthly basis. 4) Establishes deadlines, priorities, and work sequences IAW general work schedules, methods, and policies established by the Site Manager, Alternate Site Manager, and/or Inventory/COSIS Manager. 5) Redirects workers and resources to accomplish unanticipated work and to accommodate daily workload fluctuations. 6) Conducts planning of current and future work schedules, providing workload data, estimates, information on staffing needs, and recommendations as to the scheduling of projected work. 7) Ensures work is done properly and efficiently IAW the terms and conditions of the contract. 8) Uses DSS and other Government Data Systems to perform the requirements of the PWS. 9) Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested. 10) Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures. 11) Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates. 12) Maintains harmony among workers. 13) Ensures all safety precautions are being implemented. **Minimum Requirements:** + Must be a United States Citizen. + Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED). + Must have a valid driver's license. + Must have three (3) years' experience in inventory using DSS or equivalent automated WMS within the past five (5) years. **Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:** Typical office and warehouse environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines. **Other Responsibilities:** **Safety** - Amentum enforces a safety culture whereby all employees have the responsibility for continuously developing and maintaining a safe work environment.
