By fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, the team strives to achieve its mission of making IBM the most productive company in the world. **Your role and responsibilities** We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to build and collaborate with a team responsible for development, maintenance and enhancements of features across our suite of intranet software. This role requires you be able to work across a number of mission critical applications including the w3 (intranet) homepage, iOS mobile application, website builder, as well as our webmaster operations team. **Required technical and professional expertise** Required Experience: * Experience as Full Stack Engineer * Proficiency in Vue.JS, Carbon, and React. * Experience with Node.js and TypeScript. * Designing and implementing database schemas using Postgres and Cloudant. * Experience with S3 (cloud object storage). * Familiarity with caching solutions using Redis. * Experience with data streaming and message streaming technologies like Kafka. * Strong knowledge of GIT and reviewing code through the pull-request process, as well as leading technical discussions. * Providing user support (through tools such as Slack) and on-call support. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Preferred Experience: * Secrets management. * Contrast, SonarQube, Cirrus. * JEST unit testing. * Imply, HTTP caching, and CIO CI/CD Pipeline. * Writing clean, scalable, and well-documented code. * Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing applications. * Collaborating across teams in an Agile environment.
