The Campbell’s Company, a leading manufacturer of snacks, soups, meals, and beverages is hiring a summer intern in our Corporate Compliance and Ethics program. The successful candidate will be a rising senior undergraduate student, preferably majoring in business, finance, risk management, legal studies, compliance, international studies, or pre-law. The paid, ten or twelve-week internship begins on or after May 19, 2025.
Responsibilities
• Assist in updating and editing corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Assist in designing and tailoring company-wide compliance training
• Draft alerts and updates about compliance for company-wide dissemination
• Research and analyze ongoing compliance matters at local, national, and global levels of government
• Create or update databases and means of records management
• Assist with other projects as needed
Requirements
• General understanding of and interest in corporate compliance and ethics and interaction between law and business
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a desire to develop strategic communication skills
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and know when to ask questions
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Business, finance, risk management, legal studies, compliance, international studies, or pre-law major preferred
