F&S Fresh Foods is seeking a dedicatedSales & Replenishment Analystto manage and optimize ourWalmartaccount. This pivotal role serves as the primary liaison between F&S Fresh Foods and Walmart, ensuring best-in-class customer service, optimal inventory levels, accurate order processing, and strict compliance with Walmart's supply chain standards. This role requires proficiency in Walmart's systems and the ability to analyze data to drive replenishment strategies. This position is ideally located in ourVineland, NJheadquarters however, remote in proximity to the customer's headquarters inBentonville, ARwill be considered for the right candidate. Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration -Serve as a liaison between F&S Fresh Foods and Walmart/Sam’s Club replenishment teams. + Coordinate with internal departments, including customer service, logistics, and product development, to address customer needs and resolve issues. with sales and production teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and operational capabilities. + Engage in collaborative business planning sessions to drive category growth strategies. Participate in meetings and calls with Walmart to review performance metrics and develop improvement plans. Order Management & Fulfillment -Process and manage customer orders accurately, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery. + Utilize Walmart's Retail Link and related systems (e.g., GRS, NOVA, Luminate) for order processing and tracking. + Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing information on products, order status, and company policies. + Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, including order discrepancies, delivery delays, and product quality concerns. Data Analysis & Reporting- Support the sales team with data-driven recommendations and presentation materials. + Utilize tools like Retail Link, Scintilla, and Power BI to analyze sales trends and forecast demand. + Generate reports to provide insights into sales performance, inventory levels, and supply chain efficiency. Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF) and Supplier Quality Excellence Program (SQEP) compliance. + Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system. Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to products or services. Inventory & Replenishment - + Collaborate with Walmart's replenishment and merchandising teams to develop and implement replenishment strategies. + Support item creation/item update processes in customer systems (Item360, SupplierOne) + Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the supply chain team to forecast demand and manage stock availability. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field + Minimum of 3+ years working with a Walmart supplier in a customer service or replenishment capacity + Experience with customer systems (e.g., Scintilla, Retail Link, NOVA, Item360, etc.) is preferred. Graduate of Walmart training program is ideal. + Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP), Power BI, and other data analysis tools + Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. + Knowledge of food industry regulations and standards is a plus Note:Food Safety & Food Security Responsibility Every employee of F&S Fresh Foods is responsible for ensuring that threats to the safety and security of our final product are minimized.
