Two (2) openings for **Costuming Project Analyst – Project Manageme** **nt** , and one (1) opening for **Costuming Project Analyst – Operations.** **This internship is a full-time commitment located in the Orlando, FL area from June 2025 – January 2026** **What You Will Do** + Provide consultative support by conducting analysis including layout optimization, workload planning, inventory forecasting, productivity studies, project management and other industrial engineering projects. + Recognize and implement process improvements that will reduce fiscal spending and/or increase operational efficiency. + Build relationships and interact with all levels of Cast Members from front-line cast to executives. **Required Qualifications & Skills** _These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for this position:_ + Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills + Demonstrated strong analytical and project management skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines + Ability to handle multiple tasks and confidential information + Ability to learn new software applications and analytical tools + Proven strong organizational skills with attention to detail + Proven initiative and drive + Knowledge of data analysis and visualization software such as Excel, Smartsheet, Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, SQL etc. **Preferred Qualifications** + Proven knowledge and/or experience with Walt Disney Parks and Resorts + Proven critical thinking skills + Understanding of project life cycle **Required Education** + Currently earning a college/university degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Data Science, or related field. **Eligibility Requirements & Program Information** **_Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:_** + Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application **OR** currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. + **_Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants_** : You may only work for **ONE** consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program. + Must be at least 18 years of age + Must possess unrestricted work authorization **Additional Information** + Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship + Fully available to work full-time (40 hours per week) from **June 2025 – January 2026** + Fully available **Monday – Friday and occasional evenings and/or weekends** depending on project needs + Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the **Orlando, FL** area + Able to provide reliable transportation to/from work + We provide limited housing opportunities for Florida Based Professional Interns through American Campus Communities, for more information click here (http://support.disneyinterns.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408042165396-Central-Florida-Housing) The pay rate for this role in FLORIDA is $30.00 per hour.
