**Walt Disney World Workforce Management Industrial Engineering Internship, Summer/Fall 2025**
**About the Role & Program**
Workforce Management is an internal team that provides tools, systems, processes, and knowledge to optimize our workforce in an evolving and dynamic environment. We support our fellow labor, operations, and business partners, ensuring the success of our fellow team members. The Transformation & Strategy team, specifically, is responsible for using data analysis, tool building, critical thinking, and partnering to build or improve operational processes for Workforce Management.
Our program is designed to develop you professionally and provide a wide range of opportunities to perform analytics that truly affect our business, Cast, and guests.
**This internship is a full-time commitment located in the Orlando, FL area from May 2025 - December 2025 OR August 2025 - December 2025.**
**What You Will Do**
+ Applying technical skills, statistics, and analytics to support the forecasting and planning of Walt Disney World labor in changing business conditions. Types of analyses include forecasting, allocation, benchmarking, what-if scenarios, and impact quantification
+ Analyze and model labor-related data using various mathematical and statistical approaches
+ Develop analyses and models to assess labor needs and measure the effectiveness of forecasting and planning
**Required Qualifications & Skills**
These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for this position:
+ Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
+ Ability to effectively partner with team members while demonstrating strong communication and time management skills
+ Willingness to learn new software application
+ Ability to take initiative, independently lead projects, and build strong relationships with a variety of Cast
+ Creativity to approach problems in new, innovative way
+ Ability to articulate recommendations to Cast with a wide variety of backgrounds
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Prior related work experience, including co-op/intern programs with a focus on problem solving
+ Proven knowledge and/or experience with Walt Disney Parks and Resort
+ Experience with Microsoft Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python, or Dataiku
**Education**
These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for this position:
+ Currently enrolled in an Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or related program
+ Cumulative GPA of **3.0 or higher** (please note: no rounding) – **_transcript submission is required_**
**Eligibility Requirements & Program Information**
**_Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:_**
+ Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application **OR** currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
+ **_Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants_** : You may only work for **ONE** consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
+ Must possess unrestricted work authorization
**Additional Information**
+ Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
+ Fully available to work full-time (40 hours per week) from **May - December 2025 OR August - December 2025**
+ Fully available **Monday – Friday and occasional evenings and/or weekends** depending on project needs
+ Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the **Orlando, FL** area
+ Able to provide reliable transportation to/from work

The pay rate for this role in FLORIDA is $30.00 per hour.
