At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $19.35 - $21.00 per/hour. Work Week: Monday - Friday Saturdays as scheduled Shift description : 6:30AM - 4:30PM Job Responsibilities 1. Operate machine/equipment (make adjustments to machines as necessary). 2. Set-up equipment, tear down as needed. 3. Be accountable for tools. 4. Communicate with Supervisors and mechanics. 5. Ensure product meets quality specifications.
