JOB SUMMARY:

Keep the team looking immaculate, professional, and ready to give great guest experiences. The wardrobe ambassador of fun technician is responsible for providing team members with quality products, maintaining the upkeep of all uniforms and costumes, and leading our Park Ambassadors and Costume characters daily. Absolutely must have a positive, can do-do attitude.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Oversees Ambassadors of Fun/Costume Character teamAssist with design and construction of specialty costumes for promotional events, Boo Fest, and Fright FestResponsible for the repair, inventory, cleaning and maintenance of all uniforms and costumesKnowledge in use of various sewing equipmentKnowledge of sewing construction and design  Maintain organized, clean, and safe atmosphere in all areas of event wardrobe. This may include but not limited to sweeping, mopping, cleaning up trash, cleaning restrooms, and cleaning storage/shop areasAssist with theming and decorating of in-park event spaces for all park eventsAssists with inventory of all event and entertainment props, decorations, supplies, equipmentTrain new personnel as needed

Reports to the Promotional Events & Entertainment Supervisor

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Be at least 18 years of ageBasic costuming and laundry skillsMust be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach, twist, sit, and lift to 40lbs.Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditionsMust have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with othersMust be able to work flexible hours, to include weekends, evenings, & holidays

POSITION(S) AVAILABLE

April - October: Spring/Fall10-20 hours weekly, Summer 20-35+ hours weekly, Monday – Sunday. Varied shifts.
