**Job Title: Warehouse Order Puller** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Order Puller where you will be responsible for efficiently pulling orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will handle both manual labor tasks and detailed order pulling, requiring precision and attention to detail. **Responsibilities** + Efficiently pull boxes and files from warehouse shelves using barcodes and detailed identifiers. + Assign new barcodes to files as needed, ensuring accurate tracking. + Search and retrieve files from boxes, even if they are not in sequential order. + Handle customer-specific requests with diligence, understanding the differences between medical, law firm, and title company files. + Ensure high levels of accuracy to avoid errors in file retrieval and customer service mishaps. + Contribute to maintaining warehouse organization and inventory accuracy. **Essential Skills** + Experience in warehouse operations and general labor. + Ability to pick, pack, and pull orders efficiently. + Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems. + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience as a file clerk or in a similar role is beneficial. + Ability to lift and move 30-50 pounds consistently. + Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment with lots of walking. **Why Work Here?** This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering a pay raise upon permanent hire.
