**Job Title: Warehouse Order Puller**
**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Order Puller where you will be responsible for efficiently pulling orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will handle both manual labor tasks and detailed order pulling, requiring precision and attention to detail.
**Responsibilities**
+ Efficiently pull boxes and files from warehouse shelves using barcodes and detailed identifiers.
+ Assign new barcodes to files as needed, ensuring accurate tracking.
+ Search and retrieve files from boxes, even if they are not in sequential order.
+ Handle customer-specific requests with diligence, understanding the differences between medical, law firm, and title company files.
+ Ensure high levels of accuracy to avoid errors in file retrieval and customer service mishaps.
+ Contribute to maintaining warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in warehouse operations and general labor.
+ Ability to pick, pack, and pull orders efficiently.
+ Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.
+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience as a file clerk or in a similar role is beneficial.
+ Ability to lift and move 30-50 pounds consistently.
+ Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment with lots of walking.

**Work Environment**
The job is set in a warehouse environment that is physically demanding, with lots of walking and the handling of dusty files. Employees will be required to climb ladders up to four racks high and use freight elevators for transporting carts. The role requires the ability to maneuver carts and consistently lift up to 50 pounds.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Corona, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
