Job Title: Warehouse Technician

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

Check parts that were manufactured, boxed, labeled and delivered to the warehouse.Review production schedule and work order, compare to finished goods for order accuracy.Scan skid, perform proper box count and log proper storage location into binder and/or IQMS system.Using a tow motor, place the skid(s) in the corresponding location within the warehouse.Review Sales orders and stage products for shipment.Load and unload trucks, handle and move material and product to store safely in warehouse.Maintain required paperwork.Accurately utilize RF scanner and work within IQMS.Provide support for both production and facilities equipment. Follow company safety protocols and observe good manufacturing practices (GMPs).Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/ Previous Experience:

Ability to read shipping labels, sales orders, and work orders.Able to accurately scan document all inventory as it is produced or prepared for shipment.1 to 3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment preferred.Able to drive a tow motor or able to perform the necessary training to drive one.Experienced with shipping and receiving procedures and paperwork preferred.Experienced forklift operator preferred.  (Must be Forklift Certified or possess ability to be certified quickly).Must be motivated to work without constant supervision in a group setting with ability to aid peers.

Physical Requirements:

Frequently required to lift and or move weights up to 35 lbs.Use of Personal Protective Equipment on the production floor (PPE).Physical requirements include but not limited to sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, carrying, pulling, pushing, stooping, crouching, color determination and grasping.
