Performs various tasks related to assisting dealers with accurate receipt of HVAC & Supply equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Schedule and coordinate trailer pick-up & delivery with transportersMonitor status of all pending orders and initiate action as warrantedReview/confirm all memorandum of shipmentsGenerate all bills of lading and secure carrier signaturesGeneral administrative tasks as requiredPerforms housekeeping as assigned. Assist in annual warehouse inventoryFlexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
We are looking for a customer oriented person with a High school diploma or GED required. Material handling experience preferred.

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $ 21.00 an hour and up
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
