Warehouse Administrator Job Description The Warehouse Administrator will support the overall operations of a warehouse through effective management of administrative tasks and systems. This role is vital for ensuring that the warehouse runs efficiently and effectively while maintaining accurate records and facilitating communication among staff and departments. **Your main responsibilities:** + **Inventory Control** : Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and assist with inventory audits to ensure correct stock counts. + **Data Entry and Management** : Input and manage data related to shipments, inventory, and orders in warehouse management systems (WMS) or other software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. + **Documentation** : Prepare and manage documentation related to shipping, receiving, and inventory, including bills of lading, purchase orders, and reports. + **Order Processing** : Assist in processing customer orders, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner. + **Communication** : Serve as a point of contact between warehouse operations and other departments, such as sales, logistics, and customer care, to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues. + **Reporting** : Generate regular reports on inventory levels, order status, and operational performance to support management decision-making. + **Scheduling and Coordination** : Help coordinate scheduling for shipping and receiving, ensuring that all necessary resources are available for efficient operations. + **Compliance and Safety** : Ensure that all administrative processes adhere to company policies and regulatory standards, including safety protocols. + **Continuous Improvement** : Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes and assist in implementing new procedures for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. **Your background:** + Minimum Diploma Degree any discipline + At least 1 year of experience in the related field + Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple shipments and documentation requests efficient + Great and dynamic personality + Good analytical sense + Good versatility to perform in multiple roles if required + MS Office and SAP literate + Quick learner **What’s in it for you?** Whether it’s developing skills or advancing your expertise even further, we’ll support you with continuous learning and development opportunities, to help discuss and steer your long-term Grundfos career path.
