As a Warehouse Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facility, handling inbound and outbound freight, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Accurately receive, load, store, and execute shipment ordersCount products, verify weights, and compare to manifests to ensure accuracyIdentify and report any discrepancies, shortages, or damages on appropriate formsOperate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products safelyMaximize storage space utilization and properly store items in assigned locationsPrepare outbound shipments, ensuring correct quantities and proper labelingMaintain accurate inventory records and assist with physical inventories and cycle countsPerform repackaging and repair of goods as requiredOperate warehouse equipment such as shrink-wrap machines and banding toolsAdhere to all safety regulations, including OSHA standards and company policiesComplete necessary documentation for TSA and CCSF requirementsMaintain a clean and organized warehouse environmentQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)6 months experience in a similar warehouse position (preferred) Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform accurate calculationsPhysical capability to stand, walk, lift (50lbs), twist, and reach for extended periodsProficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipmentFamiliarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesFlexibility to work various shifts as required by the facilityWillingness to obtain DG (Dangerous Goods) certificationAbility to obtain a Forklift certification within 6 months of employmentAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to maintaining a safe work environmentStrong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing prioritiesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
