JOB DESCRIPTION
Warehouse & AP Leader
This individual will encompass responsibilities for managing both the warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, and the accounts payable (AP) function, overseeing vendor invoice processing, payment approvals, and ensuring financial accuracy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Warehouse Operations:
+ Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments.
+ Assist with the safe storage of products and materials within the warehouse.
+ Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Inventory Management:
+ Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for daily operations.
+ Perform routine inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
+ Organize materials in the warehouse for easy access and retrieval.
+ Assist with stock rotations and the disposal of damaged goods.
Material Ordering & Coordination:
+ Coordinate with suppliers to place orders for materials and supplies based on inventory and job specific needs.
+ Create, track, reconcile and close out all purchase orders in the company operating system.
+ Coordinate material deliveries to ensure they arrive on time and in good condition.
+ Must be capable of driving a truck pulling a trailer occasionally for deliveries and pickups.
+ Maintain communication with the team to ensure timely stock replenishment and deliveries.
Documentation & Reporting:
+ Update inventory databases and maintain accurate records of material orders, receipts, and shipments.
+ Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, order status, and warehouse performance.
+ Ensure all warehouse documentation complies with company policies and procedures.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Assist with packing and preparing shipments for outgoing deliveries.
+ Ensure all inventory of employee safety PPE is kept up.
+ Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by management.
+ Verify material cost with vendors quarterly to ensure we are fiscally responsible
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics preferred.
+ Strong computer and operating systems skills.
+ Basic knowledge of warehouse management & inventory tracking systems.
+ Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
+ Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.)
+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
+ Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and addressing inventory issues.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
+ Valid State Driver License
+ Willing to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

+ Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
+ Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet.
