We are currently searching for a Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor for our team in Lisbon to join us on a temporary basis (6 months approximately) to handle distribution transport operations to customers in Portugal and perform inventory control activities.

What you'll be doingManage daily transport delivery complaints: Management of Service Complaints & Nonconformances.Coordinate daily urgent shipments and air shipments.Update invoice tracker and oversee invoicing process ensuring accuracy and on time processing.Book international shipments in cooperation with suppliers: UPS, Essers, Penske.Track customer returns appropriately.Ensure pallet returns are accurately tracked. Handle warehouse discards & complaints in an accurate manner.Collaborate in other ad hoc activities and perform other administrative tasks as required.

What you'll bringExperience in leading all aspects of the distribution workflowKnowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning is a plusKnowledge of Microsoft Office at user levelFluent EnglishAnalytical, Technological and Digitally mindedCourageous and collaborative approachAbility to influence, educate and communicate in a customer / supplier relationshipDiplomacy and customer orientationEfficient Communication skills including verbal and written forms of communication
