Job Description: General Duties & Responsibilities: + Provides in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries. + Responds to customer product inquiries via written internet-based email sessions. + Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters. + Moves boxes from dock to secure location. + Unpacks, cleans, tests, and performs software patching on equipment. + Downloads devices and sets up equipment for deployment to customers. + Responds to customer inquiries via telephone or in email regarding troubleshooting or installation. + Responsible for maintaining professional attitude and demeanor at all times while conversing with customers. Works with client to build relationships and provide value beyond customer requests. + Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters. + Troubleshoots problems with malfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment or software applications and recommends corrective action. + Documents customer information and recurring technical issues in system for tracking and trending. + Resolves retailer concerns raised during installation and/or day-to-day operations. + Recreates client issues in test environment, Identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes. + Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily Client-centric activities. + Other related duties assigned as needed.
