Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize work processes and methods to enhance department performance. Ensure all tasks in the department are performed according to current processes, procedures, and instructions. Manage the company’s material assets in the warehouse accurately. Conduct and organize periodic inventories of raw materials and finished products. Ensure department employees perform their assigned job functions. Maintain a positive work environment. Initiate, propose, and implement projects within the department. Participate in warehouse management (Extended Warehouse Management) and other global projects. Monitor critical raw material stocks, production discrepancies, and reflect them in the ERP system. Represent the department in local and global audits and meetings. Responsible for the storage, warehousing, and transportation of materials listed in the IV list. Organize the continuous maintenance and technical condition control of storage racks used in the company. Contribute to a positive work environment to achieve good department results. Adhere to company guidelines and procedures in personnel processes such as hiring, employee interviews, salary reviews, and employee onboarding and adaptation. Plan and conduct daily/monthly/annual meetings with department employees. Ensure compliance with occupational safety, fire safety, and environmental protection requirements and resolve arising safety threats.
Job Requirements:
2 years of experience in managing a warehouse/logistics department; At least a higher education degree; Knowledge of warehouse management systems and the Office suite; Ability to communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written; Experience in personnel management.
