The PositionIn relation to RES’ UK&I Turbine O&M service, the responsibilities of this role are: ▪ Maintaining warehouse area as a safe and tidy area▪ Manage goods in and out of warehouse.▪ Support team in stock logistics▪ Ensure compliance with HSQE equipment and facilities.▪ Co-ordinate Facilities maintenance and checks▪ Support team with stock ordering, vehicle, and Tooling requirements▪ Liaise with Facilities management team internally. This is a permanent full-time role. Although primarily office based, some travel to RES UK offices andoperational sites may be required. Key Accountabilities ▪ Responsible for maintaining the Warehouse/office area in a safe and tidy manner.▪ Ensuring Safety notice boards are up to date and relevant.▪ Managing stock in and out of warehouse▪ Highlighting and issues with stock to wider team and suppliers as required▪ Supporting team with stock ordering▪ Assist team in preparing of large tasks ensuring tooling is compliant and safe.▪ Liaise with suppliers and gain quotes as requested.▪ Aid team with administrative task to ensure efficient delivery of tasks.▪ Co-ordinate Maintenance and inspection of heavy lifting equipment▪ Safe handling of loads for loading and offloading of trucks. Forklift driving essential. Skills ▪ Previous forklift/ Heavy plant driving experience.▪ Strong people/client liaison skills.▪ Problem solving ability.
