The
is primarily responsible for completing general warehouse functions. This includes, but is not limited to labeling and boxing product, verifying incoming product counts, conducting inventory counts, and reviewing documentation in order to maintain up-to-date inventory records. The Warehouse and Shipping Associate I is also responsible for the packaging and shipping of finished devices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive shipments into the warehouse using computer aided functionsPrint labels for productLabel product in accordance with FDA regulationsAssemble productProcess customer orders for shipment Pick, pack, and ship devices in accordance with approved SOPs for distribution to customers and sales representativesMaintain up-to-date inventory records by performing daily inventory cycle countsUse ERP system to process RMAs and transfers of inventoryPerform weekly cycle counts on internal consumables (i.e., device cartons, shippers, etc.)Prepare shipping labels using FedEx/UPS software solutionsPerform cycle counts on the physical warehouseFile, fax, and scan documentsParticipate in Good Saves, Gems, and other process improvementsPerform other related duties as assignedDESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience:

Ability to utilize a computer, telephone, fax and copy machine as well as other general office equipment.
