Job Description

As the Warehouse and Supply Chain Supervisor, you'll take ownership of managing stock, optimising inventory, and ensuring smooth operations. You’ll drive efficiency, maintain high safety standards, and work closely with key teams to guarantee seamless supply chain performance, all while leading a dynamic team.

This role is based on-site at Karawatha and reports directly to the Warehouse Manager. This role ensures the seamless flow of stock, upholds the highest safety standards, and plays a vital part in driving the efficiency of our supply chain and production operations.

You will…

Quality assurance inspections of incoming materials  Processing of Purchase orders, delivery dockets, Chep Accounts and Account Reconciliation  Daily cycle counting / weekly Digital stocktakes of all packaging and consumables with accuracy. Investigation of stock discrepancies. Providing reports back to the Procurement team with any consumable or Raw material  holding stock and shorts. Work closely with the packaging and procurement team to ensure Meal SKU rotation and stock availability. Ensure all products are received and labeled correctly through the inventory management systems. Providing leadership and direction to the warehouse and Supply chain staff Ensure the team is trained to maintain these high standards. Ensure compliance with Critical Control Point checks (CCP1) and sign off on related documents. Ensuring that quality standards are maintained on all incoming / outgoing inventory.  Perform and document area inspections, ensuring that all safety and operational procedures are followed. Lead toolbox talks to reinforce safety practices and guidelines. Conduct regular safety conversations with the team to address concerns and proactively manage risks. Clear documenting of all wastage and accurate processing of the destruction process of Youfoodz branded packaging. Other reasonable duties as directed.

You have…

Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain, warehousing or a related field. Safety training or certifications (e.g., Occupational Health and Safety) are advantageous. Work experience in logistics, warehouse or manufacturing in a time sensitive environment role Strong decision-making skills to ensure smooth workflow and safety compliance. Safety focus, strong hazard and incident management approach.

Duration: Permanent full time role. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia

Special Requirements: Due to changing operational demands and seasonal peaks there may be a need to work outside of standard operating hours when necessary, which may include work on weekends and public holidays.
