Warehouse Assistant
As a warehouse Assistant, you support the efficient operation of a warehouse by ensuring goods are stored properly, orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time, and stock levels are maintained accurately, by following the safety and operations
In this Role, Your responsibilities will be:
Receiving and Processing Shipments:
Receive and process all types of shipments in Oracle, ensuring correct documentation Receive Drop shipments in system and coordinate with customer care Address any issue related to order picking discrepancy Collaborate with Dangerous Goods (DG) packing agents for proper handling and documentation Coordinate with wooden packing agents to ensure safe and secure packaging of goods.Order Fulfillment:
Regularly review the backlog report for direct pick releases to ensure timely processing Pick lines as per releases received from Customer Care, ensuring accuracy Pick outbound orders using the Oracle system and FG App. Coordinate with the shipping team for packing details and final picklist Coordinate with vendor for third party inspection certificate for various destinations Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, shipments, and other relevant documentationInventory Management:
Maintain up-to-date records of inventory, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies. Ensure all agreed metrics are measured and appropriate analysis completed Achieve and surpass agreed-upon performance metrics and attain Perfect Execution standards Pro-actively identify continuous improvement and innovation opportunities and implement related actionsWho You are:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Excellent Microsoft office and Adobe PDF skillsPreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
2 - 3 years’ experience in warehouse function. A degree in logistics or supply chain or equivalent experience would be an advantage.Our offer to you!
