GENERAL FUNCTION
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Warehouse Assistant is responsible for ensuring the overall supply chain activities on asset and warehouse management. The Warehouse assistant must be proactive in delivering the necessary tasks as required.
TASKS
General
Maintain & update asset tracking.Ensure items stored in the warehouse as per supply chain policy & procedures.Update stock records in Latis software for every transaction.Ensuring the quantity and quality of materials during delivery and validate with the requestorFollow up the maintenance of equipment in the warehouse.Management
Ensuring all activities are conducted timelyEnsure all proper warehouse documentation is in order and secure.Ensure all materials in the warehouse are placed in a clean and neat manner.Ensure materials are categorised correctly and for ease of accessibility and first in first out (FIFO) basis.Ensure optimum utilization of storage space.Safety

Education
Diploma in Logistics & Operations Management or Higher Nitec in International LogisticOthers (License/Certificates)
