Your Focus

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will carry out warehouse workstation processes according to company’s safety. Verify incoming/outgoing goods according to Delivery Order or Pick List, refilling of raw materials storage tanks, participate in continuous improvement program, maintain good housekeeping and hygiene.

How You Will Contribute

Day-to-Day WH operations: 95%

Carry out warehouse workstation processes in accordance with the company safety and quality requirements.Manage process controls related to Inbound/Outbound flowsVerifying incoming/outgoing goods according to Delivery Order/Pick List and Refilling of raw materials storage tanks to Putting away/loading of cargos.Facilitate tasks relates to refilling, checking, sampling, picking, labelling steps of the warehouse operating dynamics, in relate to support Raw Material/ Finished Goods/Cargos movements.Perform relevant system works in SAP.Follow instruction and demonstrate Safety behaviors while facilitate the daily task assigned.Maintaining good housekeeping and good hygiene.Maintain teamwork and co-operation with peers and supervisors.

Others: 5%.

Participating continuous improvement program to explore the possibilities in own working area and others.Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Team leader/Superior.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

A professional education in any field or minimum SPM certification or equivalentMinimum 1 year of working experience in Warehouse operationAble to adapt in an odorous environment.Candidate are required to handle heavy load.Interpretation of chemical hazards labelsAdequate English written and verbal communication skillA team player, good communicatorEntry-Level Knowledge in WMS, Microsoft office, GMP, and HACCP
