Job Description:

Essential Job Functions

Supports the inventory of network hardwareMaintains LAN, WLAN, or Voice inventory in accordance with specified requirements.Performs Network IMACD work for customer, based on ticket requests.Provides consultation, support and guidance to clients on IMACD issues/questions.Participates in network team efforts to ensure DXC meets client needs.

Basic Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in Warehouse operations and associated activities1-3 years of experience with networks IMACD activities (Hands-On)Cisco Systems familiarityKnowledge of industrial networking an assetServiceNow experience preferred- Task management- Change management- Problem managementExperience working with financial billing systemsExperience working with network hardwarePrevious warehouse experience

Other Qualifications

Skilled in time, priority, and task managementInterpersonal skills to interact with customers and team membersGood communication skills to interact with team members and support personnelAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood organizational skills related to management of warehouse assetsCertification to operate a forklift is required
