Warehouse Associate / 1st Shift Requisition ID: 41760 Job Location(s): Cleveland, Tn, TN, US **Job Description** _Danfoss has an immediate opening for a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate, at our Cleveland, Tennessee location._ _Warehouse Associates are responsible for the movement (receive, stock, pick, package and ship) of products to maintain inventory in the warehouse, and to fill customer orders._ _All Warehouse Associates flex to different areas within the warehouse, as business need requires._ **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. + Receive, stock, pull, package, label, palletize, weigh and ship products to maintain inventory in the warehouse, and pull/fill orders for shipments to customers, accurately and on-time + Operate and read hand-held RF Unit to ascertain part number, quantity and location of products + Determine product and location to count and pull the correct amount of product to accurately fill orders + _Quickly read and understand shop orders and ascertain part numbers and quantities needed per each package_ + _Accurately package and label each carton/package_ + _Count and bag parts per quantity specified on the order, and label bags with part number and quantity_ + _Retrieve/pull product from the bins or shelves_ **Background & Skills** The ideal candidate possesses these skills. + _High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution is required_ + _One (1) year experience in a manufacturing environment/warehouse facility_ + _Repetitive bending and lifting, up to 40 pounds_ + _Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time_ **Employee Benefits** We are excited to offer you the following benefits with your employment: + Paid Time Off (PTO) + 401k Plan with Employer Match + Personal Insurance + Opportunity to join Employee Resource Groups + Employee Referral Program **Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow** At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
