**Position Summary:** Join our dedicated team at an Delivery Station — the final stop before packages reach our customers. As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in preparing orders for delivery in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You’ll receive incoming shipments, scan and sort items, load conveyor belts, and stage deliveries for drivers. You may also be trained to handle large items like TVs, furniture, and appliances using specialized equipment and technology. **Job Title:** Warehouse Associate/ No Forklift **Pay rate** : $20/hr **Location:** Austin, TX 78744 **Start Date:** 6/30 or 7/8 **Key Responsibilities:** • Receive, scan, and prepare inventory for delivery • Use of handheld devices to sort, scan, and process orders • Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages • Follow on-screen prompts and directions for task completion • Handling of carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment **Physical Requirements:** • Lift and move items up to 49 pounds • Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout shifts • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment (temperatures may vary seasonally) **Qualifications:** • Must be 18 years of age or older • English Proficiency: Ability to understand and follow safety and job instructions in English • Comfortable using handheld scanners • Valid driver’s license required • Must pass a pre-employment background check • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required **Work Schedule & Availability:** **Shifts available: 4 days on/ 3 days off** Sunday to Wednesday 5am to 4pm Sunday to Wednesday 12pm to 11pm Wednesday to Saturday 5am to 4pm Wednesday to Saturday 12pm to 11pm • Must be available to work occasional nights, weekends, holidays, or after hours • **Hours are subject to change based on operational need** **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
