Our client is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate - Lumper to join their team in Hialeah, Florida. This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within the supply chain. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically fit, and comfortable performing hands-on tasks in a fast-paced environment. Please note that the role may require working in varying temperatures, including cold storage or outdoor dock areas.

The Day-to-Day:

Unload and load freight from trucks manually or using pallet jacksSort and organize goods in designated warehouse areasInspect items for damage or discrepanciesAssist with packing and labeling shipmentsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow safety protocols and warehouse procedures

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED requiredAbility to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs regularly)Basic understanding of warehouse operationsGood physical stamina and attention to detailStrong teamwork and communication skills

Pay Rate:

$15.00 to $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (some Saturdays required)
