We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our client’s team, a Telecommunications equipment supplier in Woodridge, IL. You will maintain warehouse cleanliness, organize inventory, fulfill customer orders, and prepare products per specifications.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for assuring that the Warehouse is cleaned daily (sweeping/daily pickups of all trash on the floor)Maintain, sort, and organize merchandise so that it can be easily located in proper bin locations.Responsible for picking, packing, and loading/checking out of customer will call ordersProcess cable cuts, lagging/boxing of reels/coils, and palletizing reels per customer requirementEngage work with a high sense of urgency and be highly organized and detail oriented.Be open to change and deal calmly and effectively with high-stress situationsClock in/out accurately and take rest and meal breaks as required per Company PolicyWork overtime as required based on business needsAdditional job duties and responsibilities can be added at anytime

Requirements:

Knowledge, Skill, and Experience:Must have at least 1 Year of warehouse experienceForklift experience is highly desired (will train)Ability to lift 50 lbs.Ability to stand for long periods of time and be able to bend and reach overheadAbility to work under deadline pressure as organization skills are the key to finding and providing merchandise quickly and accurately for customer ordersExperience using a handheld scanner

Pay and Shift:

Monday - Friday8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM$17.50 - $18.50
