Our client, a prominent manufacturing company based in Canoga Park, CA, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in processing and packaging products while adhering to established policies, procedures, and manufacturing guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for manufacturing processes.Utilize experience in a specific manufacturing department to perform duties efficiently.Collaborate closely with the manufacturing lead to ensure precise packaging, processing, and labeling of products, including edibles, concentrates, flowers, beverages, and other items.Operate various packaging equipment, weigh and seal finished products to prepare them for sales.Uphold Safety and Quality standards consistently.Maintain punctuality and adhere to conduct-related requirements.Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.Maintain open and effective communication with the management team and fellow team members.Follow all operational guidelines, verbal instructions, training materials, and policies diligently.Achieve and sustain productivity and quality benchmarks.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Ability to work in a safety-conscious environment.High attention to detail and accuracy.Previous experience as a trimmer is preferred.Strong communication skills and a solid work ethic.Capability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in both written and verbal communication.Demonstrates strong ethics and sound judgment.Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently over extended periods.

Compensation and Shift:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PMPay: $17.00 per hour
