**Job Title: Warehouse Specialist** $20-22/hr **Job Description** Warehouse Specialist - The job involves spending half the time on a computer and half in a warehouse setting. Responsibilities include general warehouse duties, order picking, shipping, receiving, and logging information on a computer. The warehouse stores various high-value parts at a controlled temperature, so **accuracy is crucial**. Mistakes can be costly. Taking your time to ensure the accuracy of orders is the most important aspect of this role. Forklift, combine, and tractor operating experience is preferred but not required, as training on pallet jack/forklift operation will be provided if necessary. Candidates must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Excel and Outlook. The clean room employee will not handle chemicals but should have at least 6 months of experience in a clean room. These are permanent positions, and candidates looking only for temporary opportunities will be disqualified. **Hard Skills** + Data Entry + Warehouse Operations + Material Handling + Forklift Operation + Microsoft Excel + Microsoft Outlook **Soft Skills** + Attention to Detail + Accuracy + Time Management **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Boise, Idaho. **Work Environment** Working in a small, recently refurbished, temperature-controlled warehouse. Dress code includes steel toe boots above the ankle and general work clothes such as jeans, t-shirts, and sweatshirts. **Hours are Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday from 7am-7pm** , with a 44-hour work week on week one, a 33-hour work week on week two, and back to a 44-hour work week on week three. 1 hour for lunch each day with various breaks. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
