Our client, a leading company in the cannabis industry, is seeking a dedicated Trim Tech to join their team in Sylmar, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for trimming marijuana leaves to meet company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Trim marijuana leaves in the Trim department to prepare product for processing.Ensure all trimming work is completed efficiently and meets the company’s quality standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.Work as part of a team to ensure smooth production flow and meet daily targets.Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Qualifications:

Previous experience in the cannabis industry is required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Comfortable working with cannabis plants and trimming equipment.Strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance.

Shift & Pay:

Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PMHourly Pay Rate: $17.28 – $20.00 (based on experience)
