Our client, a growing company in Oxnard, CA is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing general warehouse duties, including order picking, packaging, and utilizing RF scanners to fulfill customer orders. This position requires flexibility with working hours and the ability to perform tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Use RF scanners to accurately pull customer orders.Pick and package orders according to company standards.Perform general warehouse duties such as stocking, organizing, and maintaining inventory.Ensure proper handling and packaging of products to prevent damage during transit.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Must be flexible to work long hours, including overtime.Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
