Warehouse Associate
**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for breaking down pallets, loading materials onto carts, packing boxes with corresponding inventory, and utilizing pallet jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse. You may also operate a forklift once trained and certified by the company. Additionally, you will conduct cycle counts, maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow all applicable safety policies and procedures. **Responsibilities** + Break down pallets and load material on carts. + Pack boxes with corresponding inventory. + Utilize pallet jacks to move material throughout the warehouse. + Operate a forklift once trained and certified with the company. + Conduct cycle counts. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Follow all applicable safety policies and procedures. **Essential Skills** + Attention to detail - must be able to read numbers for each package and ensure they are placed into the corresponding area for shipment. + Ability to lift up to 50lbs throughout the shift. + Effective teamwork skills. + Initiative and good attitude while working. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Warehouse experience is preferable. + Experience with forklift, inventory control, assembly, shipping & receiving, and RF scanners is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** We offer a relatively laid-back work environment with a strong benefits package, including short-term and long-term disability, paid time off, and 6 sick days each year.
