**Job Title: Returns Processor**
**Job Description**
Employees will be working in returns, handling items that have been sent back by customers. They will be solving problems with customer service and returning items to the AutoStore for sale. They will ensure that everything that is meant to be in the box is in the box and has been accounted for. Employees will enter that information into the computer system and then communicate with customer service as needed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Handle packages that have been sent back by customers.
+ Ensure all items that are meant to be in the box are accounted for.
+ Enter information into the computer system.
+ Communicate with customer service as needed.
+ Return items to the AutoStore for sale.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1+ years experience with computers.
+ Ability to count to 100.
+ Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
+ Lift 25-50 pounds.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with computer technology.
+ Experience with cash registers.
+ Service-oriented mindset.
+ Experience in warehouse inventory, picking, packing, and returns.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is very automated and technical. It is air-conditioned, and employees will be standing for long periods (10 hours) but will not be walking around a lot. The hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with periodic overtime. Shift starts at 6:00 AM occasionally, so candidates must be able to accommodate this before being hired. Candidates with previous experience from Amazon or fast food/retail are top performers, but anyone with drive and good computer skills can excel in this job.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SAINT LOUIS, Missouri.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00
