**Summary:** Custom Truck One Source is hiring a Warehouse Associate with experience in heavy and light-duty trucks and equipment. The role demands high safety standards, accuracy, and productivity. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or inventory. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + Handle shipping and receiving of products. + Verify and record product details in the MRP system. + Pick and issue parts for production and internal work orders. + Label, move, and manage inventory items. + Assist with techs, process returned parts, and package items for shipment. + Safely load/unload materials and maintain bin locations. + Perform equipment inspections, assist with physical inventory, and cycle counting. + Keep the warehouse organized and perform clerical tasks. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** + Ability to work independently and in a team. + Previous warehouse or parts experience; knowledge of trucks and equipment preferred. + Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines. + High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and ability to pass pre-employment tests. + Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software. + Strong communication skills and mathematical abilities. + Ability to use warehouse equipment and handle physical tasks. **Working Conditions:** + Availability to work between 6:00 am-4:30 pm, Monday-Friday, with potential for additional hours. + Work environment includes shop and outdoor areas with exposure to various elements. + Must wear appropriate PPE. **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with frequent lifting of heavier weights. + Physical stamina for standing, walking, and performing manual tasks for extended periods.
