**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in warehouse operations, including inventory management, material handling, and order picking. This role requires a high level of accuracy and efficiency to ensure smooth operations within our warehouse. **Responsibilities** + Operate forklift, including Bendi forklift, to move and organize materials. + Perform inventory control tasks, including cycle counts and managing stock levels. + Pick and package orders accurately using RF scanning technology. + Inspect parts and materials for quality assurance. + Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading shipments. + Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. + Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory tracking. + Assist with general labor tasks as needed. + Label and palletize products for shipping. + Manage packing slips, bills of lading (BOL), and purchase orders. **Essential Skills** + High School Diploma or GED. + 1-3 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or third-party logistics (3PL). + Forklift operation experience. + Basic math skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Email). + Ability to speak, read, and write English. + Capability to lift up to 55lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems (SAP preferred). **Why Work Here?** We offer a clean and well-maintained work environment.
