Responsibilities- Pick and pack cases of products accurately and efficiently according to order specifications.\n- Operate warehouse equipment safely to move and organize inventory.\n- Verify the quantity and quality of items picked, ensuring accuracy and meeting quality standards.\n- Ensuring products are properly handled with care to prevent damage.\n- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and sanitation guidelines.\n- Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.\n- Assist with restocking and replenishing inventory as needed.\n- Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and resolve any issues.\n- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and attendance requirements.\n- Participate in training programs and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent.\n- With or Without experience in warehousing.\n- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks is an advantage.\n- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for long periods.\n- Basic math skills and the ability to read and follow instructions.\n- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.\n- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.\n- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.\n- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.\n- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
