The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for managing the flow of returned products efficiently and cost-effectively. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with various departments and customers to ensure timely processing and disposition of returned items

Duties & Responsibilities

Receipt and Inspection: Receive returned products, conduct thorough inspections to determine condition and eligibility for resale, disposal or donation, and document findings accurately. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of returned inventory, including tracking quantities, locations, and disposition status. Data Analysis: Analyze reverse logistics data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction enhancement. Customer Support: Respond to inquiries from customers regarding returns in a timely and professional manner, striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards governing reverse logistics processes, including product safety, environmental regulations, and data privacy laws. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for optimization within the reverse logistics process and propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of reverse logistics processes, procedures, and performance metrics.
