Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, you will stage, load, and unload finished product and raw materials. You will also stock and maintain warehouse inventory.

What you'll do:

Ensure product is in proper locations, place product in correct bin locations and assist manager in assigning locations

Keep all areas of the warehouse cleaned and organized

Assist with cycle counting with products throughout the year

Unload freight and UPS trucks.

Visually inspect deliveries for damage and verify quantities delivered against packing slip for accuracy

Maintain stock levels in the showroom

Prep and assemble small equipment as needed

Operate mechanical equipment to move heavy equipment and components

Other duties assigned as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Previous warehouse experience

Experience as warehouse working in the construction rental industry

Forklift certification

Strong team player with the ability to work independently as needed

Ability to make decisions and solve problems

Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.

This position is deemed Safety Sensitive for purposes of United Rentals’ policies and procedures.
