At Bernhard, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success. **Overview** The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the cleanliness of the complex, which includes but is not limited to grass-cutting, sweeping, and trash pick-up for the grounds of all of the buildings. **Responsibilities** **Specific Responsibilities** + Maintain all grass-cutting equipment. + Maintain all gardening areas, ensuring they are clean and cut at all times. + Assist with materials, including storage, receipt, and delivery. + Perform all other duties as needed and assigned by the Operations Manager. This position is Full-Time, Non-Exempt, and reports to the Operations Manager. **Qualifications** **Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED. + Valid driver's license. + Effective verbal and written communication skills. + Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment. + Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors. + Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary. **Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications** + Not applicable. **Travel Requirements** + 0-5% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location. **Physical/Work Environment Requirements** + Ability to operate any and all lawn & garden equipment. + Ability to operate any and all basic hand tools & machinery. + Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks. + Assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned. + Outdoor elements such as precipitation, wind, cold, and heat. + Medium work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds. **Pay Range** USD $16.00 - USD $21.00 /Hr.
