Job Title: Warehouse Associate in Newark

Pay $21-$23 DOE

Shift Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm

Description

This job is a very basic packaging, shipping and receiving position. Packaging boxes with delicate and large pieces. Will be doing all the bubble wrapping and making sure they will not get damaged when being transported. Moving boxes. Reading order Sheets. Pulling supplies for customers. Organizing warehouse and tracking inventory.

Receiving and Processing Shipments: Unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, and ensuring accuracy of shipments.Inventory Management: Organizing and maintaining inventory, conducting regular stock counts, and updating inventory records.Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Quality Control: Inspecting products for defects or damages and reporting any issues.Operating Equipment: Using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the warehouse clean and organized, following safety protocols.Documentation: Completing paperwork and maintaining records of inventory, shipments, and orders.Customer Service: Assisting customers with inquiries and providing excellent service.

Must have:

RF scanning experience when it comes to inventory Shipping and Receiving UPS/ Fedex experienceComputer experience (Ability to enter inventory into their system)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Able to lift up to 50lbs. Not Receptively. Must have experience packaging materials and products. Must have experience tracking inventory coming in and out. Stand up forklift experience a plus but not necessary. basic cycle count and inventory knowledge.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
