System One is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate for an industry-leading client in the Valencia, PA area.


Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of this position is to receive and ship inventory to customer locations, as well as process and maintain all documents related to the shipping and receiving department.

 

Essential Duties:

Manage inventory by tracking materials in the Inxsql system; checking and receiving the inventory; processing paperwork; stocking inventory in designated shelving locations. Prepares orders by purchase orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area, and delivering product to customers when needed. Restock shelves from the overstock area as needed, and run daily warehouse reports using Inxsql for additional pick tickets. Collaborate with supervisor to resolve warehouse related issues. Maintain an open line of communication with Customer Service Representative in areas concerning shipping/receiving. Notify CSR’s when orders are ready for hand carrying by the salesmen, and report any damages or defects that are found during product inspections. Organize space in the warehouse for maximum efficiency, perform cleaning duties as needed, and assure that the warehouse facility is maintained in a safe, clean and orderly condition. Perform other related duties and assignments as required. Make local deliveries

Education/Certification Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.

Experience and Skill Requirements:

Minimum of one (1) year of warehouse experience.  Familiarity with warehouse management systems Required to possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license and be able to pass a driver's record check and drug screen.
