Our client, a leading provider of housing services, is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join their team in Union City, CA. This role involves processing houseware items to meet company standards and ensuring inventory is stocked and ready for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload materials from company vehicles.Operate warehouse equipment (washer, dryer, ironer, forklift, dish machine, leaf blower) safely.Perform basic maintenance tasks.Maintain a clean work area and exterior of the warehouse.Follow safety procedures and operate equipment safely.Operate delivery vehicles safely and ensure they are properly maintained.Occasionally perform delivery/pickup of miscellaneous service requests.Occasionally perform inspections (Pre-Move Out, Move Out, New Unit, Final, and/or Return).Assist with field duties when needed.Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Ability to use power and hand-held operated cleaning equipment.Effective verbal communication with customers, vendors, and co-workers.Proficiency in using cell phones or hand-held devices.Ability to recognize hazards and take appropriate measures.Proficiency in using GPS or reading maps.Basic understanding of general mathematics.Professional appearance with a clean, company-approved uniform.Ability to work overtime or weekends when required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Valid Driver's License.Forklift License preferred but not required.

Pay & Schedule:

$20.00Monday - Friday.6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
