Position Overview:

As part of the talented Racing Materials team, you will provide support for the following production areas: Receiving, Boxing, Shipping and Returned Goods. Responsible for physical product movements, transactions, packaging of goods, and organization of material.

Essential Functions:

Performs receiving, shipping and material storage functionsTracks shipments and answers inquiries about the status of shipmentsAssigns storage locations for products, supplies and materialMove material from warehouse location to support manufacturing, sales and interplant ordersProcess forms and documents for the receipt, storage and shipping of productAssures timely and accurate shipments of the company's productsVerifies the receipt of all material; prepares and distributes all necessary documentation to appropriate departmentAssists in the physical count of materials; recommends means of effectively utilizing warehouse spaceMonitors inventory levels; manages inventory according to company policyInspects and ensures all warehouse equipment and machinery are properly maintained and in accordance with safety procedures

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED0-2 years of experience in related fieldMust possess the ability to learn new jobs and computer programs.Requires good judgment and organizational skillsMust possess the ability to prioritize tasks and communicate clearly with othersBasic computer skillsForklift training/ experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) software experienceHolds CDL or open to obtaining CDL

Working Conditions:

1st shift – Hours are 5:30am – 2pm or 6:30am – 3pmMust be able to lift up to 30lbs.Bending/SquattingFrequently walking, standing, and sittingMostly Indoor work, may require some outside work as necessary
