We are looking for someone motivated, reliable, and hardworking to join our team. The main responsibilities of this role will include loading/unloading shipments, organizing shipments, verifying shipment accuracy, making weekly deliveries, maintaining an inventory of stock, and filling orders. Essential Functions + Stage, load, and unload materials + Verify the accuracy of outgoing shipments by examining contents and comparing them with manifests or packing lists + Weekly deliveries + Notify the Warehouse Manager of any problems, such as damages or shortages + Observe and follow all safety standards and processes + Propose process improvements; implement methods that improve efficiency/effectiveness and reduce costs KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES + Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. + Valid drivers license + Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing + Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment + Teamwork skills + Ability to anticipate and solve problems
