Our client, a facility services provider preparing industrial spaces for new occupancy, is looking for a General Laborer to join their team in Anderson, SC. This team will assist with getting a facility “white box” ready by performing a range of cleanup and dismantling tasks to ensure the space is clear, safe, and move-in ready.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual labor including loading equipment and cleaning up materials.Dismantle machinery using hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, hammers).Clear spaces of furniture, parts, and leftover materials.Remove remaining items and pull dead wire from the facility.Prepare the space for other trades and ensure cleanliness.Report daily to the site supervisor, foreman, or project manager.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.Prior construction experience preferred.Ability to safely operate hand tools.Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing manual tasks.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Forklift or skid steer experience is a plus.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $18.00Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PMAdditional: Occasional Saturday morning shifts may be required.
