The warehouse associate is responsible for receiving and storing products from incoming shipments and participating in daily production needs. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. **Position** Warehouse Associate **Location** USA, Elkhart IN **How You'll Create Possibilities** **JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Receive, package, and store incoming products. + Process FedEx ground and NDA shipments. + Stage and load trucks for delivery. + Assist Production in switching refrigerator doors from right to left. + Conduct inventory counts and maintain high standards for audits. + Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace. + Report discrepancies and maintain quality control. + Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers. + Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment. + Follow procedures, rules, and regulations. + Utilize power hand tools proficiently. **What You'll Bring to Our Team** **QUALIFICATIONS:** + Be 18 years of age or older + Be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction + Be able to understand verbal and written instructions in English + Pass a background check, drug screening and complete and pass a medical health questionnaire + You must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without an accommodation, including, but not limited to: + Stand for prolonged periods of time, handle various parts for assembly, walk distances, reach at waist level, push/pull, grasp/squeeze/pinch parts + Have fine motor dexterity and be able to use air tools + Be able to reach overhead, reach at shoulder, knee and floor level + Bend, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, crawl, climb a ladder or stairs, pivot, twist, extend and rotate your neck, and use vibratory tools + Handle and lift packages up to 90 pounds + Work on and around heavy machinery in a loud environment + Follow work rules, using judgement, and working quickly and efficiently to meet work deadlines, even under stressful conditions + Function independently and maintain attention and concentration **Preferred** : + High school diploma or GED preferred. + Previous experience in warehouse environment, including shipping and receiving.
