**Job Title: Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to efficiently, accurately, and timely pick and assemble orders as indicated on the pick list. The role involves working in a food industry warehouse, with certain areas maintained at freezer temperatures. The ideal candidate must be comfortable and experienced in working in a freezer environment, handling freezer items, and receiving deliveries. Responsibilities include inspecting products for damage, ensuring volume accuracy, documenting and stocking inventory accurately, and maintaining a First-IN, First-OUT (FIFO) food storage system. The role also requires attendance at semiannual inventory counts, possibly on weekends, and providing logistics support for company events outside of normal working hours. The candidate should have experience driving a box truck, as 25% of the time will be spent delivering products to customers, and 75% in the warehouse. **Responsibilities** + Pick and assemble orders as per the pick list efficiently and accurately. + Work in a freezer environment and handle freezer items. + Receive and unload freezer items from delivery trucks timely. + Inspect received products for damage and volume accuracy. + Document and accurately stock inventory in assigned warehouse locations. + Rotate product inventory to maintain a First-IN, First-OUT (FIFO) food storage system. + Attend semiannual inventory counts, possibly on weekends. + Provide logistics support for company events outside of normal working hours. + Drive a box truck and deliver products to customers (25% of the time). **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience. + Experience driving a box truck. + Proficiency in shipping and receiving. + Experience in inventory count. + Comfortable working in freezer environments. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift operation. + Packaging and material handling. + RF scanner operation. + Inventory control. + Pallet jack operation. + Order picking. + General labor tasks. **Why Work Here?** Join our team and enjoy direct placement with full company benefits including health, dental, vision, and worker's compensation.
